What does it mean to get lucky?
It means to get luckier in life, to actually make the luck happen for yourself.
Just by getting into the category of lose belly fat men?
Lose belly fat men will put you into a very rare breed of man, a man that actually can see his feet when he looks down.
Trim waist is always going to be more attractive than fat hanging over your belt.
Listen, this is not rocket science and I am not making any judgments about people who are battling with obesity and/or depression, they usually go hand in hand.
I still struggle at times so this has nothing to do with judging you.
I am just telling you that if you want to up your health game, dating game, your love life game, your career game, your happiness game, you are going to become a member of the lose belly fat men category.
Even if you were going to forget all of the great dating benefits that losing your belly fat will give you, do not overlook the health benefits of losing belly fat.
This is especially important for men who are challenged with ever rising risks for obesity, cardiovascular health and diabetes.
So, becoming part and parcel of the lose belly fat men world is more than just vanity.
But if vanity speaks to you, like it does to most of us, then start thinking about becoming happier in all facets of your life.
There is no question that attacking the fat on your belly is going to result in great dividends in all areas of your life.
How do I know?
Because I have lived it and still live it today.
A little over two years ago I was over 250lbs with a near 50 inch waist.
Some people would say, hey, that is normal for a guy your age, I was 55 at the time, but it did not feel normal, it felt like @@# to be blunt, I could barely breathe, could not see my feet when I looked down, could barely even reach my feet to tie shoes and I was not a happy camper and my guess is that would ring true for others when they interacted with me.
In just about six months, when I followed my Hashi Mashi Fitness plan to a tee, which is basically how I am going to tell you to join the lose belly fat men club (sure this will work for women too!), I found that my 50 inch waist disappeared and became a 32 inch waist without much hassle.
I think it is also important to focus on how men can lose belly fat because you will find more men wearing the extremely dangerous visceral belly fat than you will find on women.
Women I think tend to have better eating habits and work harder to stay slim because of heavy societal pressures to be slim and pretty.
Men on the other hand have more societal pressures the other way.
Who did they create the heart attack grill restaurant for? Men! Tough guys are always swaggering around with their big belts and tight jeans and belly flop hanging over.
Real men are expected to chow down on whatever food they want, meats, alcohol, and are not expected to have adverse health reactions.
But you know that we do.
But before I get too heavy on the health benefits, lets zero in on the dating benefits.
When I had a near 50 inch waist, when I was not part of the lose belly fat men club, even if I did get a date, I could sense that she was not too thrilled.
Even in an elevator, I could sense that the people I was riding with, did not notice me too much, a good way of putting it is that I felt sort of invisible.
I looked like a six foot tall slab of jello and the typical result was feeling invisible.
Suddenly, six months later, even prior to six months, I would say about two to three months into following Hashi Mashi, I experienced incredible changes in how people, especially women, were reacting to me.
Suffice it to say that I felt like they were happy to see me and to get to know me. That should be all that I have to say and I am in my fifties, so for any of you guys who are in your twenties, thirties or forties, stop whining and start taking the actions necessary to meet the girls that you want to meet. I am telling you that it will not be difficult for you!
I went from being Jello to ‘Hey, hello, who are you?’ which was an eye opener for me.
It is not just men who want their woman to look good, I think men make a big mistake in believing the often quoted myth how women do not care about looks, nonsense! They do care, they just might not let on that they care. They are very adept at hiding their disappointment at your looks.
Now, if you are already in great shape, then you do not need the rest of what I am going to write here.
But if you are not in great shape, whether you have a woman in your life or not, you should be interested, because you want to keep the fire going in your relationship and to do that, you should be taking care of yourself.
The number one way to take care of yourself is to join the lose belly fat men club.
Look, I am a bit of an eccentric, some would say weird guy, I have my bright moments, but I am and have been a bit socially awkward most of my life.
After nine months of Hashi Mashi, after 300 days in the lose belly fat men club, I was able to woo a woman on the first date, despite her telling me to my face that I was weird!
In fact, I am going to write an article very soon which I have titled in my mind – how to woo a woman on the first date, even if you are weird.

Let’s keep it very simple
For 3 meals a day, make sure that you have a vegetable, protein and good quality fat, some examples:
Lose Belly Fat Men Club Breakfast
spinach, onion, eggs, olive oil and avocado
broccoli, tomato, garlic, egg (omelette), olive oil, olives and avocado
similar omelette as above and add some chick peas on the side.
Lose Belly Fat Men Club Snack
snack on apple and walnuts, apple and almonds, apple and peanuts or peanut butter
Lose Belly Fat Men Club Lunch
I like a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter mixed in and some type of fruit like banana or berries
have a bowl of bean soup, lentil, black beans or white beans mixed with vegetables like onion and spinach
tuna fish salad
salmon and vegetables
Lose Belly Fat Men Club Snack
Have a protein shake, whey based or plant protein like hemp based
Lose Belly Fat Men Club Dinner
chicken, vegetables, avocado
salmon, vegetables, avocado
tofu, vegetables, sweet potato
This is not complicated, just think vegetables, a protein and a healthy fat like avocado, olives, peanut butter, nuts.
I like to use fruits for snacks and vegetables for meals.

The main point of this post about becoming a member of the lose belly fat men club though is to reinforce the idea that you will start to get lucky in many areas of your life once you slim down, even if you think that you cannot.
Just wait till your woman, , girlfriend or wife sees your body changing and your confidence.
I thought that alot of my articles were too focused on health, weights, benefits of deadlifting without spelling out some of the benefits that alot of us really care about, especially when it comes to meeting women and not getting rejected.
Guys get rejected alot and while we might be used to women rejecting us, why not take some action that will make it less likely?
